For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return or exchange where applicable.
3) Return & Exchange Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return or exchange instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
4) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return or exchange is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or required by applicable law.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nesrova.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
6) Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
7) Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
For faster service, you may choose to place a new order and request a return for the original item following this policy.
8) Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. If an order has already shipped, it must follow the return process after delivery.
9) Chargebacks
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first so we can assist you. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution while the case is reviewed by the payment provider.
