Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made on Nesrova. All cases are reviewed based on the conditions below.


1) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must include all packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.


2) Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products may be designated as non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, clearance status, or other reasons. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly indicated on its product page or during checkout.


3) How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact Nesrova at info@nesrova.com within the return timeframe

  2. Provide your order number and specify which item(s) you wish to return

  3. Optionally include a reason for the return

After reviewing your request, we will send you detailed instructions, including the return address and return procedure.

The return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Please do not send returns without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.


4) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when:

  • The return is due to a Nesrova error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item)

When the return is Nesrova’s responsibility, we may cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.

For customer-initiated returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nesrova is not responsible for items lost in transit.


5) Inspection and Refund

Once the returned item arrives and is inspected:

  • We will notify you of whether your refund request is approved or denied

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

Your payment provider or bank may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.


6) Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a Nesrova error.


7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact Nesrova within 48 hours of delivery, consistent with the Shipping Policy

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the information and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.


8) Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered at this time.

If you would like a different item, color, size, or variation, please place a new order and return the original item under this policy.


9) Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process applies after delivery.


10) Limitations

Refunds do not cover:

  • Original shipping fees (unless due to Nesrova error)

  • Return shipping charges (unless Nesrova is responsible)

Refunds are not issued for returned items outside the 30-day window or items that show signs of use, damage beyond transit issues, or missing components.
